Celtic Coating Solutions supply a range of fluoropolymer coatings for the printing and packaging industries.

Along with our in-house thermal spray technologies these coatings provide excellent release and non-peel properties for use on moulds, rollers and ink trays. In these industries, fibres can stick to process equipment resulting in expensive downtime for cleaning. In addition, the agglomeration of fibres can often cause quality problems in the finished product. Fluoropolymer coatings have excellent non-stick and abrasion resistant properties which effectively eliminates these issues.

Our coating technologies are utilised every day in 2-D, 3-D, multi-axis and laser printing over a variety of materials. We have solutions for all of your production needs.
